Sallywags Online Store Delivery Schedule
-Sallywags Online Store offers delivery within the UK mainland only. We aim to deliver within 2 - 7 working days depending on delivery address. If you require special delivery instructions please e-mail or telephone us.
Sallywags Online Store Refunds Policy
-You may cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the goods if you are not satisfied. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and within the 7 day period.
-Any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us, are non-refundable. Complaints will be responded to quickly and we aim to do this within 7 working days. All notices of order cancellation, return of goods, or complaints, should be made in writing by e-mail to: sally@sallywags.co.uk
